Wedding Cake Selections
Follow these easy to order steps:
1. Choose your Cake flavor & Filling from the options below:
A.) Strawberry or Raspberry Fraisier- yellow sponge cake layered with whipped cream and fresh strawberries or fresh raspberries, then iced in a vanilla or almond butter crème.
B.) White Rhapsody Cake- Moist white cake with mini chocolate chips throughout the cake, then layered with a thin layer of raspberry preserves and raspberry mouse, iced with vanilla or almond butter crème.
C.) Chocolate Mocha Cake- Chocolate mocha cake layered with a chocolate mocha mousse and then Iced with vanilla butter crème.
D.) Hawaiian Lemon Cake- White coconut flavored cake layered with a lemon curd and coconut, then iced with vanilla butter crème.
E.) Italian Cream Cake- Moist vanilla cake with pecans, coconut and a touch of orange; layered inside with a cream cheese icing and then iced with vanilla butter crème.
F.) Old Fashion Chocolate Cake- Moist chocolate cake layered with homemade chocolate pudding filling and iced with vanilla butter crème.
G.) Pina Colada Cake- Yellow cake with crushed pineapples, then layered with whipped cream, pineapple and coconut and iced with vanilla butter crème.
H.) Orange Fromage’- Orange flavored sponge cake layered with whipped cream & cream cheese mandarin orange filling, iced with vanilla butter crème.
(All the above combinations are finished with smooth White Buttercream icing.)
2. Choose your Design style from one of the (5) Cakes pictured below.
