*A two (2) hour beach permit is required for our ceremony & 1 hr. beach receptions. The price of the permit is not included in any of the package prices. You can order the permit yourself through the Sarasota County Parks & Recreation or SPW can handle this for you for a small fee….

*** If you would like to bring any alcohol to your Sandcastle reception event, please note that Sand Petal Weddings will not play a part in that portion of your event and you must bring all your own supplies, including but not limited to, a table, cups, ice, cooler, etc. Please also note that glass is not allowed on the area beaches, so you must only provide cans or plastic cups for you and your guests.
****Beginning with the Simply Sand Castle Reception, a small table can be provided by SPW for your Sign-in table & Gift Card box, if you would like. However, you must provide a card box, and guest book and pen of your own. You can also choose personalized songs to have a Bride & Groom first dance to, Cake cutting, Bouquet toss, and Garter removal if you would like to include these events in your Sand Castle Reception!
** A Sandcastle Reception is a separate package and does not include your Ceremony. You must purchase a ceremony package in order to add this event. On weekend dates, it is required that a Waves of Love package or Higher must be purchased in order to add a Sandcastle Reception. Weekdays, Monday through Thursday, any ceremony package is eligible.
