The Sand Castle Ceremony & Reception event lasts 2 ½ hrs (This does not include the additional 30 minutes of Bride & Groom sunset photos that take place at the end of event making it a total of 3 hours) and in that time frame we can serve up to 50 guests. You may have up to 70 guests with this package but an additional hour of time is needed and the fee to keep the staff, Dj, Photographer and Wedding Coordinators for the additional hour is $495.00, making the event with guest arrival and sunset photos a total of 4 hrs. (This additional hour fee does not include the $18.95 per person fee for food, cake, drinks, disposables and shell leis gift necklace for these guests. )

A small table can be provided by SPW for your Sign-in table & Gift Card box, if you would like. However, you must provide a guest book and pen of your own.

** If you would like to bring any alcohol to your Sandcastle reception event, please note that Sand Petal Weddings will not play a part in that portion of your event and you must bring all your own supplies, including but not limited to, a table, cups, ice, cooler, etc. Please also note that glass is not allowed on the area beaches, so you must only provide cans or plastic cups for you and your guests.

***A two (2) hour public beach permit is required by the county for public beach ceremonies &  beach receptions. The price of the permit, $150, and is not included in any of the package prices, however, if you choose to utilize one of the private beach resorts we are partnered with, the permit would not be necessary.




Fruit & Cheese Tree Pictured above is at an additonal upgrade cost from Fruit Platter included in package.
We can host your event at the public beach, a private beach resort or a private beach rental home around the pool as shown in photos below!
