Appetizers:

Fruit & Cheese tree : made  out of real pineapples placed over a supporting rod, then frill toothpicks cover the tree with fresh fruit and cheese. The result is as beautiful as it is delicious. (This item is only included in parties of 40 or more guests but can be purchased for smaller guest counts for an additional fee.)
Vegetable Crudite: garden fresh vegetables served with ranch and blue dressing.
Peal and eat Shrimp:Tender gulf shrimp served in the shell.
Chicken Wings: Plump chicken wings simmered in spicey in BBQ sauce.
Conch Fritters: Ground conch meat with diced veggies and seasoned Japanese bread crumbs.
                                                 
Buffet Entrée Course:

Prime Rib- slow roasted Prime Rib served with horseradish Au Jus.

Chargrilled catch of the day: Fresh Fish right off the Boat and Hot
Off the Grill. (Mahi Mahi or Grouper)

Chicken Tropicale: Boneless Breast of Chicken Char-Grilled and served with fresh fruit salsa.

**These Entrees served along with House Salad, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Vegetables and Warm Bread along with Unlimited soda, Iced tea, Coffee and Hot Tea.**

** When there are 39 or less guests then it must be Plated dinners, No Buffet, with each guest having a choice of one of the three entrees above, and appetizers are served platter style on each table with NO Fruit & Cheese Tree included. **               

The bar has several options... you could choose to have an open bar and at the end of the night pay that bill separately yourselves, or you could choose to have a limited open bar where only beer and wine are free to the guests, or you could set a limit, such as $300, and when that amount is met it rolls over to a cash bar .... and of course your last option would be to have a strictly cash bar.
